| The Virginia State Election Campaigns have kicked off in
Buena Vista for many years and 2009 is no exception. In addition to a
great parade, there is a chance to meet and listen to the local and state
candidates for elected offices. Other events include a baby contest, music
concerts, dancing, arts & crafts retailers, carnival rides, fireworks, and much more!
The 39th Annual Labor Day Celebration will be
held on Monday, September 7, 2009. Details will be posted once
