 2010 Schedule

All registration will take place at the event. 

 

REGISTRATION

 

All adult contestants will pay the $30.00 contestant fee at the gate and proceed to the registration table to register.  You must be wearing the contestant wrist band in order to register at the registration table.  You may register anytime UP TO the following deadlines.  You WILL NOT be allowed to register after these deadlines. 

 

Thursday Night: 

Old Time Individuals competing on Thursday night 6:00

Bluegrass Individuals competing on Thursday night 8:30

 

Friday Night:

Old Time Bands 5:30

Bluegrass Bands 6:30

 

Saturday:

All contestants (children and adults) 10:00

 

 

Contestant Admission

 

All contestants pay $30.00 at the front gate.  Camping fee is NOT included.

 

Contestants who choose to compete in an individual category Thursday night will have $20.00 money refunded.

 

Contestants who choose to compete in an individual category on Saturday will have only $15.00 refunded on Saturday night.

 

Contestants who compete in a band ONLY will have $20.00 refunded on Saturday night.

 

Contestants who compete in flatfoot or folk song competition ONLY will have $15.00 refunded after competing on Saturday morning.

 

Children (16 and under) may compete either in the adult individual competitions or in the children’s competitions.  See Rule 7.  A child who competes in ANY adult competition  will be charged an adult contestant fee and reimbursed as an adult (see above).  A child who competes ONLY in the children’s competition will NOT pay the contestant fee and, therefore, will NOT receive any reimbursement.
